- First, I focused on splitting all my runs into two, thus going to a two-a-day running.
- Second, I ran a race Saturday, and thus have no "long run" for the week. I'll have two next week though, so next week will appear exceptionally high.

Evening - 4 Miles, light weight lifting

Evening - 6 Miles (1 mile warmup/cooldown, 4X1 Mile at 7:00 to 7:15 pave)
