This week started out great with a good long day on Sunday, followed by a PR at 4 miles for my tempo run on Tuesday. I've noticed that the work week wears me down considerably, and I'm finding it hard to put up big mileage on Thursday-Saturday.

Morning - Skipped, plumbing emergency
Evening - 1 Mile warmup, 8 X 800M (first 4 at 3:15, after that, bonk)

Evening - 2 Miles
